The car body was not bad but the wheels were terribly dirty and now everything sparkles. I have a dog with minimal shedding but lots of sand from the beach. All gone from the black seats. Her customer service was A1 from start to finish. Great communication and you can really tell she takes pride in her work. My ex had the car before I got it and definitely did NOT take care of it.
